1 Agreement to Terms
By accessing and using Coolwarekits' services for custom sports uniforms including OEM Football Jerseys, Custom Basketball Uniforms, and Personalized Soccer Jerseys, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations.
If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you may not use our manufacturing services.
2 Services Description
Coolwarekits provides OEM/ODM manufacturing services for custom sports uniforms, including but not limited to:

3 Order Process and Requirements
Sampling Process
We offer low-cost sampling for all custom uniform designs. Sample fees are partially refundable upon bulk order confirmation.
- • Sample production time: 7-10 business days
- • Sample fee: $50-150 depending on complexity
- • Express sampling available for urgent requests
Minimum Order Quantities
- Training Schools & Clubs: 15 pieces minimum per design
- Wholesalers & Importers: 50 pieces minimum per design
- Professional Teams: Custom MOQ based on requirements
4 Pricing and Payment Terms
Payment Schedule
- • 50% deposit upon order confirmation
- • 50% balance before shipment
- • Sample fees due upon sample approval
- • Express orders require full prepayment
Accepted Payment Methods
- • T/T Bank Transfer (preferred)
- • PayPal (for samples and small orders)
- • Letter of Credit (for large orders)
- • Western Union (case by case)
Note: All prices are quoted in USD and exclude shipping costs. Final pricing may vary based on fabric choice, customization complexity, and order quantity.
5 Production and Delivery
Production Timeline
Production time begins after sample approval and deposit payment. Our 200+ person factory ensures reliable delivery schedules. Delays due to force majeure events are excluded from delivery guarantees.

Return Policy

7 Intellectual Property Rights
Customers are responsible for ensuring they have the right to use any logos, designs, or trademarks provided for customization. Coolwarekits is not liable for intellectual property infringement claims arising from customer-provided designs.
Important: We reserve the right to refuse production of designs that may infringe on third-party intellectual property rights or contain inappropriate content.
8 Limitation of Liability
Coolwarekits' liability is limited to the value of the specific order in question. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or punitive damages including but not limited to lost profits, business interruption, or missed events due to delivery delays.
Our professional after-sales service team will work diligently to resolve any issues promptly and fairly.
